SPAWN Terms of Service

SPAWN provides wallet-based workspaces, rooms, AI-assisted work and media generation, prepaid service credits, and optional publishing to connected social accounts. Contact: support@spawnbackrooms.com.

Wallet access and approvals

Your wallet signs a message to authenticate your workspace. Signing in does not approve a payment. Keep control of your wallet and review each separate transaction, generation request and publication approval. SPAWN does not require your wallet seed phrase or private key.

Prepaid credits and paid work

SPAWN supports funding prepaid service credits through supported SOL and USDC payment flows. Review the displayed quote, spending limit and wallet transaction before approving. A submitted or signed transaction is not, by itself, confirmation that credit has been applied; the service verifies the payment and records the result.

Credits are used for work requested through SPAWN. Review the status and settlement information for each request. Availability and pricing depend on the selected service and model. Do not assume that an interrupted browser session means a payment or paid request failed; check its recorded status before retrying.

Content and model processing

Submit only material you are authorized to use, including reference images and other people's likenesses. When you approve work, SPAWN sends the relevant prompt, settings and approved references to the selected processing services. Check generated results before using or sharing them; generated content can be inaccurate or unsuitable for your purpose.

Room visibility controls public directory information. Review what you choose to make public, and do not place sensitive information in public room names or descriptions.

Connected social accounts

Connecting X, TikTok or Instagram grants SPAWN the permissions you approve through that platform. Review the selected account, media, caption and platform settings before approving a publication. Follow the destination platform's rules and respect others' rights. Delivery depends on the platform accepting and completing the request.

Disconnecting an account stops pending deliveries and removes stored authorization credentials. A request already submitted to a platform may still finish. Disconnecting does not remove existing posts or erase publication history. Remove published content through the destination platform. For Instagram, also remove SPAWN's access in Instagram settings to revoke access at the platform.

Contact support@spawnbackrooms.com about access, payment records, content or privacy requests. Do not send seed phrases, private keys, passwords or access tokens. The Privacy Policy explains the data used to provide the service.
